ASC will conduct Visa Ready Checks and report to UK before they can assign your Certificate of Sponsorship (COS). If you have not submitted any scanned copy of the following documents below, please ensure to submit these scanned copy to your Specialist as soon as possible. 

The following documents must be submitted in original copy ONLY during your visa application/deployment process. These documents will be released back to you once ready for deployment.

1. English Language Test used during your NMC application (for Nurses) or valid UKVI IELTS with no score lower than 4 (for HCPC registered AHPs)
2. Valid IOM TB certificate
3. Valid NBI clearance
4. Police Clearance from any country where you have lived for more than 12 months since the age of 18 years. (Please provide English Translation if necessary).If you are unsure how to obtain police clearance, Please see information and guidance from the UK Home Office website -https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/criminal-records-checks-for-overseas-applicants
5. BSN Diploma (for NMC/OSCE preparation checks)
6. Old/expired passport (if applicable)
7. PSA Birth Certificate
8. PSA Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
9. PRC Board Certificate (for NMC/OSCE preparation checks)
10. Signed Job Offer & Master employment contract
11. NMC Decision Letter (For NMC Old Process) or Proof of CBT passed (For NMC New Process)

l. Passport with validity date more than 12 months to the date of deployment - As Filipino passport holders it is your responsibility to renew your passport 10 months before expiration.
